Your data
Data deletion
You can ask at any time to delete your Siege account with all its progress, or to get a copy of the data we hold about you.
How to ask
- Open the support form and pick “Data deletion”.
- Give a link to your Steam profile or your SteamID64 and an e-mail for the reply.
- Say in the message what you need: delete everything, or send a copy of the data.
So that nobody can delete someone else's account, we will ask you to prove the profile is yours, for example by briefly putting a code from our e-mail into your Steam profile summary. Once confirmed, we carry out the request within 30 days and tell you by e-mail.
What is deleted
- your account on our server: SteamID, name, device secret;
- rating, calibration, account level, tokens, hero mastery, quests;
- your statistics in match history; in other people's matches you remain an anonymous entry so their results stay intact;
- your support requests (except this one, which we keep for 12 months as proof it was done).
What stays
- records of an active cheating ban, while it is active and 12 months more, so deletion cannot be used to dodge it;
- server logs, which expire on their own, usually within 30 days;
- data held by Valve (Steam), which you delete through Steam Support;
- game settings on your PC: delete the folder
%LOCALAPPDATA%\KetchupStrikeor uninstall the game.
Deletion cannot be undone: if you come back to Siege later, you start from scratch and calibrate again.
